- General Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of Items: The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
Non-returnable Items: Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, including items that have been installed or used.
- How to Return an Item To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure it reaches us safely.
- Refunds
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Non-refundable Items: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item.
- Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item. Exchanges are not processed directly; instead, a return is issued, followed by a new purchase.
Exchange products will be delivered in 7 to 10 working days.
- Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product, providing:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged or defective item (if applicable)
We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you
- Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund after 7 to 10 business days, please:

- Cancellations
