Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of Items: The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.

  1. Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item. Exchanges are not processed directly; instead, a return is issued, followed by a new purchase.

Exchange products will be delivered in 7 to 10 working days.
